Many handlebar and stem computer mounts are simply designed too short. Because of its size, the Garmin Edge 1050 often touches the handlebar or stem, which is not only annoying but can also damage the housing over time. Our extension solves this problem: It is installed in place of the original mount and moves your computer either 5 mm or 10 mm farther forward, creating sufficient clearance so that nothing touches.
