We don’t have a mount for your bicycle in our range yet?

Then follow these instructions, and we will work out a suitable solution for you.

Step 1

Support profile

Photograph the underside of your seatpost directly from below. The image should show only the underside—the outer side surfaces of the seatpost should not be visible.

Ensure there is clear contrast between the seatpost and the background. For a black seatpost, a white background is suitable; for a light-colored seatpost, use a dark background.

Hold the smartphone exactly parallel to the seatpost—no tilted angle, not from the side, and not from above. For the sharpest and straightest image possible, we recommend clamping the seatpost in a bicycle repair stand and securing the smartphone as well. This helps prevent camera shake and distortion.

Step 2

Dimensions

We need two measurements of your seatpost, each taken at the widest point:

· Depth (A) – from front to back
· Width (B) – from left to right

Please use a caliper—the more precise the measurements, the better the finished mount will fit. Unfortunately, estimating or measuring with a ruler is not sufficient.

Step 3

Side view of bicycle

This photo is intended to measure the angle between the frame and the seatpost.

Position the camera at the height of the transition between the frame and the seatpost—exactly where the seatpost enters the frame. Hold the smartphone parallel to the ground, straight and without tilting it upward or downward. Do not use an angled view from the front or rear.

Unfortunately, we cannot use these images.

To process your request without having to ask follow-up questions, please note the following:

  • The geometry of the seatpost must be sharp and clearly visible, not blurred or out of focus.
  • Unfortunately, photos of the installed seatpost from the front or rear are not helpful, as we cannot determine its geometry from them.
  • Hand-drawn sketches are unfortunately too imprecise for us to work with.

Installation: Attach the mount according to our installation instructions. Maximum tightening torque: 2 Nm – please do not exceed it.

Testing & Feedback: If you received several variants, test them all and let us know which one fits best. The mount should be secure, not slip, and still be easy to install.

Photos welcome: We would love to receive high-resolution photos of your installed mount – we are happy to use them as product photos! 📸
