Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@rpr-components.de. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Raphael Rosport | RPR Components | Ahornstraße 1 | 90556 Seukendorf. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
In the event of a return due to an incorrect order (e.g. wrong model or variant selected), the customer bears the direct costs of the return. We only cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items shipped by us. For exchanges due to an incorrect order, the new item will only be shipped after receipt of the return and as a separate purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@rpr-components.de.
