Remove screw.
Remove the screw by unscrewing it.
To do this, use a suitable bit insert or pliers that allow you to grip the outer edge of the screw head well.
Caution: The hexagon socket of the screw can easily be unscrewed or damaged – so work carefully.
Remove the old insert to prepare for installation.
Put on the new adapter.
During installation, you can decide whether you want to attach the safety loop or not.
If you want to use the safety loop, it can be mounted either upwards or downwards – the orientation is up to you.
Screw the adapter tight.
Tighten the screw by tightening it with a suitable bit socket or pliers.
Make sure you have a firm grip on the outer edge of the screw head.
Caution: The hexagon socket of the screw can easily be rounded off – so work carefully and do not overtighten the screw.
