Step 1
Profile of the support
First, make sure the background provides a clear contrast to the seatpost. For example, a white background works well with a black seatpost.
It is important to hold the phone as parallel to the seatpost as possible so that we can replicate the geometry of the post as accurately as possible. To get a good photo, it can be helpful to secure both the seatpost and the phone. For instance, the seatpost could be clamped in a bike repair stand to minimize movement in the image.
Ideally, the photo should show only the underside of the seatpost, while the outer surfaces are not visible.
Step 2
Dimensions
In addition to the photo, we need two measurements of the seatpost: the depth (A) and the width (B) at the widest point. To keep tolerances as low as possible, these measurements should ideally be taken with a caliper.

To determine the angle of the frame relative to the seat post, an additional photo from the side is needed.

Wie läuft der Prozess ab?
Projekterstellung – Nach Eingang deiner Daten prüfen wir deine Fotos und Maße.
Konstruktion & Fertigung – Wenn alle Daten passen, fertigen wir deinen Halter direkt an.
Freigabe & Bestellung – Sobald der Halter versandbereit ist, melden wir uns mit allen Infos zur Bestellung.
Versand – Nach Abschluss der Bestellung wird dein Halter auf den Weg gebracht und du erhältst deinen Versandschein.
Mein Halter ist angekommen – was nun?
Montage: Befestige den Halter gemäß unserer Montageanleitung. Maximales Anzugsdrehmoment: 2 Nm – bitte nicht überschreiten.
Test & Feedback: Falls du mehrere Varianten erhalten hast, teste alle und teile uns mit welche am besten passt. Der Halter sollte fest sitzen, nicht verrutschen und sich dennoch einfach montieren lassen.
